The Barr Trail Mountain Race is one of the Front Range’s historic summer mountain running events. The 12.6-mile course begins at the Cog Railway Station (6,570 ft) in Manitou Springs, Colorado, ascends Pikes Peak’s iconic Barr Trail to Barr Camp (10,200 ft) before turning, descending and finishing at the Barr Trailhead. Join us July 16th, 2017 for the 17th annual BTMR on “America’s Mountain”!

Anyone who volunteers on Barr Trail with RMFI prior to the race will earn a $10 discount off race entry for EACH volunteer day completed, up to a $40 savings! One lucky June volunteer will even win the grand prize of a FREE entry! Simply register to volunteer, come out to work, and enter the drawing for the complimentary entry when you receive RMFI's Thank You email after the workday. One $10 credit and drawing entry per workday completed. Grand prize winner will be drawn prior to July 1st when race registration prices go up.
