Help us with the project to construct the brand new upcoming Devils Playground Trail on Pikes Peak!
RMFI is on year 2 of a multi-year project to build a new and sustainable re-route of the Devils Playground Trail. The Devils Playground Trail originates from the Crags Trailhead on the west side of Pikes Peak and is one of the two primary trail routes to the summit of the mountain. Tasks on this workday will include corridor clearing, rough cutting, and finishing work of the new route. Additional tasks may include rock and timber wall construction. The hike to the worksite and back each day is estimated to be less than 1.5-2 miles one-way depending on project progress throughout the summer leading up to the workday. Please join us for a highly rewarding day of new trail construction work on the Peak!
